Have used eu meds about 4 times over the past 2 years. I noticed the most recent reviews were terrible which concerned me but I made a purchase anyway and the medication turn up within 10 days which is about normal. 

Clearly a lot of customers have recently had issues but speaking for myself, all is okay. 

Excellent service again and hopefully any issues experienced by others have now been resolved.

Genuine medicines, so can order with confidence.  Sometimes there is a delay with the pharmacy sending it out, but I believe that's out of EU Med's hands and they do communicate well when contacted.

Great service, product and I didn't have to wait too long. I know there are complaints of delivery times but I think this is simply because they are shipped from outside the UK. It's never been to long for me. Customer service is also very responsive when needed.

Unbelievable service. Had helped improve my sleep and my day to day life. Customer service always been helpful, and the bad reviews on delays are unfair as the holidays. Couldn’t recommend enough. Very happy with the service. I did have problems for the first time with the tracking numbers. But they had it sorted within a week. I honestly thought my order had be lost and was not very kind about it when I emailed eumeds. But they remained true to their word. Think they really did get a problem with Nov orders. Good service. If you are struggling for help from your g.p due to unavailability of appointments then this service is brilliant. There was a delay in my delivery which took 8 days but that purely due to the time of they year and not the fault of eu meds. I contacted chole on a couple of occasions and she was very helpful and responsive within a couple of hours to my emails. So yes I will continue to use this service as it’s much quicker the getting a g.p appointment.
