Our delivery rates and providers

All orders for prescription items must be approved by a prescriber before they can be dispatched, please note if you choose express delivery, this will be from the point the item is approved by the prescriber. This is usually within a few hours but can take up to 72 hours from placing your order. Please note as our express delivery service is not guaranteed, unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund in the event that is not delivered the next working day.

How do I track my order?

To check on the progress of your order, head to your account and go to 'orders'. You can then see the status and your order information.

Can I return my order?

Our policies do not allow for any prescribed medication to be returned as we do not dispense or handle any prescribed medicines. If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy and they will dispose of the products safely.

How long does delivery take?

When placing your order, you can see the delivery countdown to get an estimated date when your order will be delivered. This is usually estimated in 5-6 working days.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the UK.

What days do you deliver?

All deliveries are made Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm.

Will I be given an ETA for my delivery?

Yes, you’ll receive a notification on the day of delivery with a 2-hour time slot.

All treatments are sent in discreet packaging. No mention of the medication appears on the packaging. So only you'll know what's inside.
