Creating your order

It’s especially important that you choose the medication that’s right for you and your medical needs. At EU Meds, we can provide access to an extensive number of treatments for a variety of infections and conditions. You can find out more about these treatments before completing our online consultation.

  • Authentic treatments. All of our medication is 100% genuine and effective at delivering results. You will usually need to select the strength and pack size of the medicine that you want.
  • Leading brands stocked. Our extensive range of medications means that you can access the treatment you require quickly and safely.
  • No hidden costs. There are no hidden costs when using the EU Meds service. The price you see is the price you pay. No extra, last minute costs – it is all in the final total.

Complete a consultation

Our online consultation is a crucial element of our safeguarding practices. It’s vital that we gain a comprehensive understanding of your medical history and your current symptoms & needs. Your consultation can take up to 72 hours to be approved by the prescriber. Once your consultation is approved, your prescription will then be dispensed by a partner pharmacy.

  • Quick and easy. The online consultation is a short medical questionnaire that is easy to understand and quick to complete. The questions are similar to those that would be asked at a GP appointment, including your medical history and the condition you are looking to treat.
  • Experienced Doctors. An EU Doctor will review your consultation as soon as possible and you will be notified once the review is complete.
  • Clear communication. Your request will be sent to one of our EU Doctors for review. This usually takes a few hours and you'll be notified of their decision. In the event that your request is refused, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery of your order

After your order has been approved by the prescriber, the prescription will be sent to a partner pharmacy for delivery. You'll receive an email with your estimated delivery date and time.

  • Free standard delivery. All orders come with free delivery as standard.
  • Discreet packaging. We understand discretion is important, so all of our orders are sent in unmarked packaging. You will be the only one who knows what’s inside.
  • Tell us what you think. We really appreciate getting feedback on our service so that we can continually improve. After you have ordered with us, you will receive an email from Feefo asking for feedback. We would love to know what you think.

My package arrived just 24 hours afte...

My package arrived just 24 hours after I placed the order, which is brilliant service by anybody's reckoning. The medication was a Uk recognised brand and the meds were 100% genuine. The consultation was very in-depth and I knew that a doctor had reviewed it, which is reassuring. If you create an account, your answers to your initial consultation are saved, negating the need to fill it in all over again...but you have to update it if anything health wise has changed. I would suggest ordering between Monday and Thursday and choose express shipping. You will then get your order that week providing their doctor approves your request. I ordered at 13.00 on Thursday and yodel handed me the order at 12.55 on Friday! Excellent service.
