More Information

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is a treatment used to alleviate symptoms of menopause by replenishing the hormones that the body no longer produces naturally. It typically involves the administration of oestrogen, progesterone, or a combination of both. HRT helps manage symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings, and vaginal dryness.

Menopause is a natural biological process that marks the end of a woman's reproductive years and cannot be cured. However, its symptoms can be effectively managed through treatments like hormone replacement therapy and lifestyle adjustments. The goal of these treatments is to improve quality of life during the menopausal transition.

Yes, there are natural ways to help manage menopause symptoms. These include maintaining a healthy diet, regular exercise, and practising stress-reduction techniques such as yoga or meditation. Some women find relief using herbal supplements like black cohosh or red clover. It is important to note that you should always consult with your doctor to ensure that natural treatments are safe and suitable for your condition.

Hormone replacement therapy treatment involves taking medications that contain female hormones to replace the ones the body no longer makes after menopause. This treatment helps alleviate menopausal symptoms and can also provide benefits for bone health. The specific regimen is tailored to each woman's needs and health profile.

Hormone replacement therapy treatments come in various forms, including tablets, skin patches, gels, creams, and vaginal rings. Each form has its own advantages, and the choice depends on individual preferences, symptom severity, and medical considerations. A healthcare provider can help determine the most appropriate form of HRT.

Yes, hormone replacement therapy medications require a prescription. You should always consult with your doctor or healthcare provider for advice on whether a medication is suitable for you. Please note that at EU Meds, all requests for the supply of prescription medications are subject to an online clinical consultation and the decision to prescribe will be made by a doctor.

I have to give Customer Service a shoutout. Unusually my parcel didn’t arrive in the 1 or 2 days. This was an issue with Yodel and unfortunately it landed during the Easter holiday. However, as soon as Customer Services were back in the office they got in touch with Yodel and my parcel was delivered the next day. I have to say that I normally get a great service from Yodel as well.
